it cant be on other days cause the SCs cant make it.
its compulsory unless you are overseas or have something really really important
it to review er.. our drills for POP.
it cant be earlier too cause the SCs got lessons in the morning and only end at 1.30.

Drills. It just occurred to me how we have not had drills since December band camp 2007. I remember how I used to half wish for and half dread drills, cause drills were fun but at the same time I never seemed to be able to follow the commands properly :/ But now that drills have been permanently stopped, I feel.. sad ): And (hahahahahahahaha) can you imagine Miss Sia taking us for drills?! Like hahahahahahahahahahaha.

the performance was fun..
but carrying our instruments here and there
in front of so many ppl was quite malu..
esp for a first- timer lyk me.

yozz ppl! looks lyk i'm the third to blog for today :D

anyway, swearing in was malu for me la,
lyk my actions and tots were lyk the
OPPOSITE!? but nvm, we still passed,
i guess? oh wells, band camp was real
FUN this time.

although the day games are kinda.. sort of lyk a..
TOO- WET experience for us, but it was still FUN!!
last band camp i slept for lyk 2 hrs,
but this time round i only slept for abt 1!

night trail was the best! though this time it's a bit
GROSS?? i think i'm not gonna eat chicken for lyk

Hello dears :D

Swearing In was fine. I know most of you didn't know how to march with one hand because your left hand was holding the cert, and I'm really sorry for the last minute teaching (actually we ourselves forgot that you would be holding the cert. That's why we only told you all about it 10 minutes before)

Some of you thought that you all screwed up, but it's fine, really.
Oh but I remember Weiyun marching the correct way :D

And some people say Jessling and I cheated because we put markings for where to stop and bang for all of you. But look here alright! We could not implement morning drills for all of you. And add that to exams and CCA stand down and our Chinese O's etc. etc. etc. we had very little time left to teach all of you.
But why am I going on about this? There's no point.

SWEARING IN IS OVER SO GIVE YOURSELVES A NICE BIG PAT ON THE BACK :D I am proud of you :D

The Village was almost funny la.
It wasn't scary at all. But when I first heard the title I was like, oh no I'm not going to watch it until I heard the director's name and from previous experience of watching Lady in the Water I wasn't scared.
So I watched and Angelique gave me Pocky even though she knows I cannot bite :D and then she kept hiding behind me hahaha.

Hope you all enjoyed the wafer cubes. Though Christine Seow was practically begging me to take the remainding home to feed my brother (because she says that he eats more than she does, which shouldn't be true or it would be quite scary) but she took them home in the end (probably because she paiseh don't want to give me because they lou4 feng1) :D

Anyway I hope all of you enjoyed band camp this time round, though we didn't allow you to have a proper dinner. And you all kept laughing at me. So hard to be ghost when you all keep saying my name and laughing at me you know!
Next time I shall throw chicken heads at you all.
(by the way there is one more chicken head at the corner..near the choir room. Go see the next band prac)

and to jiahui's post. no! ????!!!!!!!what do i look like? an ATM?! but dont worry ;D jiahui has gotten her 'reward' alright. she will get it on thursday no doubt about that. and sorry! i was sick and the t shirts were supposed to come today! but the money was with me. so sorry. ;( but it will come on thursday.
and yea we really have to talk our swearing performace okay. no more time. well about what laisum suggested, a lot of people wants that idea so we will stick with it unless someone has a better idea?
the performace has to be 5 to 10 mins and it has to include everyone. but i dont know how everyone is going to be involved if we use laisum's idea. if you have any suggestion please say it. thank you. :D

Hey all.

Squad tee should most probably be coming this Tuesday but don't get your hopes too high just in case anything goes wrong and the lady is unable to deliver it on time. So I am only saying this to (1) remind any that hasn't paid for the teeshirt to do so BEST BEFORE (sounds like food expiry, no?) 1pm on Tuesday (13/11/2007). But if you are unable to make it on time it's okay cause Christine Seow, your squad leader, would be paying the remainder (yay!) so just remember to pay her back later.

Oh and everyone's losing the spirit so when you feel utterly bored and useless doing other things, do your part to say some rubbish and keep this squad blog alive okay :D

Hello everyone. Band this week has been... To say the least, tiring. Ms Sia has not been helping what with her consistent scoldings, meant for us to strive and excel. (Rightttt....) Brasses went with Mr Ong, Woodwinds stayed with Ms Sia.

hello!
went to check out the price of the squad tee today.
checked out both the combined (personalised and all the names) and just the names.
the combined tee will be $15.50
and just with all the names will be $12.50.
it is quite cheap for the combined as it has your own name and the whole squad name on the bottom.
so it will be reasonable to pick the combined right?
Angelique has connections and may have a discount with another supplier and we will compare prices but if the supplier that i went to is cheaper, we have to pay the deposit first.
the deposit is 50% which is $325.50 for the combined and $262.50 for just the names of the squad.
will take a vote to see the number of people who wants which one, either the combined or with just the names.
but there's no hurry cause the t shirts take about 2 weeks to come :D
the font size of the front will be A4 and the names at the back will be in A3 size.

NDP IS COOL TO THE MAX.

(Wah and Rachel ah, don't disappoint me!

So anyway my sister and I started assembling all the parts of the bag together. Now you know why some people have multicoloured ones? Yeah the thing is an assembly bag, like you can unzip the different stripes.

So in the bag they gave this extra white 'strip' to ask you to design for some competition thingo. (in total, there are 3 strips of each colour, and 2 white strips now) And this morning a moment of insanity drove us to joining all the parts together HAH.

So now its damn long, such that when I carry it I can wrap the whole bag around me with both ends meeting. (Of course I looked like a total asshole even though I was walking around the house) Hahah.

Haha you all should totally see/ study/ listen to this.
